Marina Point Apartments

Best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Safe environment, secluded from nearby commercial intersection. Staff genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to solve any issue. Beautiful grounds between the Arkansas River and a private lake. Huge private balconies where you can observe an impressive variety of migratory waterfowl.

Moved in 7/24/17, and absolutely loved it. Said I would repost after a few months, so here you go: Current renter at Marina Point in Wichita, KS.. Don't move here unless you absolutely have to and you can afford incredible electric bills (both heat and a/c) because the buildings are ill-kept and leak air even under the baseboards in the apartments. Answer to windows leaking profusely this winter; "window barrier" - a barrier applied to the windows, along with a tiny bit of caulk, leaving ABSOLUTELY no ability to see out. And, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT YOURSELF! Yes, YOU get the unabashed PRIVELEDGE of taking care of their ill-kept property. MP maintenance did put a air leak barrier around the front door frame rather than replacing the door frame which was an absolute JOKE, doesn't ma

My boyfriend and I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it. If we hadn't emergency adopted a second cat and found ourselves in need of a bit more space, we would have stayed longer! With a lake on one side and the Arkansas river on the other, you get a great view! There are lots of shops, restaurants, and bike trails within walking distance which was super convenient. The interior of the apartment was cute if a little in need of some TLC--the top coat of our countertops was chipping off, for example. We had a fireplace and a huge sliding glass door that let in a lot of light. One downside was that there wasn't a whole lot of storage in our one-bedroom, but if you don't have a whole lot of stuff you should be fine. I am a 2 year resident at Marina Pointe apartment homes, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice, clean, affordable place to live. Staff is extremely friendly, and you can truly see that they genuinely care about their residents. Absolutely love how close I am to restaurants, and grocery stores. There's a gym right next door, that is very convenient with my schedule! When the weather is nice there's an awesome trail by the water to walk/jog. Best place I've ever lived!!!! Check them out!!!!!

Nice peaceful living. Older place so walls are thin and decor is dated. With time living here, you get upgrades like curved shower rod, newer sink fixtures and even bath tub resurfaced. Friendly staff and speedy with maint issues. only sore thumb is the lack of parking. Drives me crazy sometimes to park far off from where I live or essentially wait for someone to leave. Another plus though I’d the huge balconies. Also rent is reasonable for such spacious apartments.
