Marina Point Apartments

It took me a while to write after I moved out because I was hoping for a better resolution. Seems like the courts will have to help. I feel like people deserve to know where they spend their hard earned money. I remember last spring 2024 when my air conditioning unit was destroyed by birds. No one knew because the maintenance was not completed as it should be. It was 85 degrees in my apartment at night!!! Not livable at all. Nothing was offered except a window unit that only cooled the front of the apartment that took almost a week to get. There was nothing taken off of my rent either. But they will be quick to charge you for EVERYTHING! There’s no where to put ceiling fans because there are no light fixtures. SCAMMING PEOPLE!! The actual unit will look NOTHING like the photos on their website. The units are ran down, smelly, appliances are old, baseboards and flooring is horrible. They slap a new coat of paint over mold and say it's remodeled. What lake front view, just a swamp with a boat ramp. Schedule a tour before you apply because everything on their listing is a lie!

Lived here for a few and moved out recently. These pictures look nothing like the model you are shown. It is the rent office which is one of the apartments. Visitor parking is a joke. The floors are uneven and I could hear all of then noise from upstairs. There are bad kids who are out there terrorizing the neighborhood and making it more of an eye sore outside but they won’t address the parents.On the inside, you can not see what it looks like so you get stuck looking at the model. As soon as you move in, it’s roaches everywhere and they make you pack up the entire house to spray otherwise you get charged a compliance fee. they only care about keeping tenants in there for the money,then rent goes up to 1450 for a 3 bedroom but after water, sewage, cable which is 90 bucks .. you will actu

One of the worse apartments I’ve ever lived in my entire life. I take full accountability for moving in with a warning that there is roaches everywhere in those apartments! Not only that they now make you pay for pest control for roaches thats been living in the apartment before you even got there. Old appliances fake promises of new and renovated apartments. Rent to high just to live amongst roaches unacceptable! This complex needs to be rebuilt and shut down immediately! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT MOVE HERE! Read the reviews and take this WARNING SERIOUSLY! I moved in June 2023 . If you have children for one please run . This complex is infested with roaches . I mean really bad !!! They have someone come out & spray water I guess like once a month . It helps with NOTHING. This complex needs to honestly be knocked down. Plumbing will also be messed up . Black gunk would pour into my tub (literally disgusting) the plumbing company comes out so much !! Washing is expensive for just one little washer / dryer per building . 2$ to was and 1.75 to dry ! Other tenants comes from different buildings to wash as well when theirs aren’t available. I was able to literally bring NOTHING to my new apartment 💔all my hard earned money down the drain.
