Marina Grande North

I’ve been living at Marina Grande North for exactly one year now, and I couldn’t be happier to call this place home. From the moment I moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. In particular, Katie, the property manager, in the leasing office, is a super hero!!!! She is professional, but also friendly, down to earth, and super approachable, about literally anything. The thing I love most is she is so quick to respond by email and text especially, with any questions or concerns I have, which is nice for me because I work nights and can’t always get to businesses before they close. I have been here for 10 months. 3 months during the summer my Air conditioning didn’t work until they finally fixed it. Now here we are going in another 3 months in the winter that my heat has not worked! It has not been fixed. The only thing I can say positive about here, I like the view. But, I won’t be staying . Could’ve been a great place to live but they truly do not care.

I love Marina Grande North in Daytona Beach! The views are absolutely beautiful, and the modern apartments make it feel like a luxury getaway. Perfect spot for coastal living.

I’ve been living at this property for over a year and I absolutely love it. The community is very welcoming and friendly. The landscaper’s do a wonderful job at keeping the property looking clean and manicured. I enjoy the facilities located on the property and one of my personal favorites is the community gym. Katie, the property manager is awesome and makes sure to keep the community safe and addresses any issues that arise. Katie is very helpful and responds immediately when I have a question about anything. I rarely have any issues with things in my apartment, but if I do, maintenance ensures to take it as a priority and the problem is resolved immediately. I love being a tenant here at Marina Grande North and I see myself living in this cute and cozy neighborhood for a couple more yea

My husband & I have lived here for over a year now, and we really enjoy it! It’s been a little difficult with the transition to new leasing companies, but I’m hopeful for new changes and a company that is fair & really cares about its tenants. - I am also SUPER grateful for Katrina our property manager!! She’s always been very reasonable and I really appreciated when the previous owners didn’t want to pay to repair our broken dishwasher she kept fighting it. I’m grateful now for new property owners, and she got right on it and we now have a working dishwasher!! Katrina is very personable & communicates well. She’s doing a great job & we love living here. I’m glad they kept her on staff here. Looking forward to seeing all the improvements to this property, as it was unfortunately neglected
