Marina Bend at Clear Creek Apartments

We’ve lived here for a year and it’s a really nice, quiet community. Maintenance (Salvador) is great, he comes right away and helps us with whatever we need. Leasing office staff is also great. I like the indoor corridors. Only 1-2 incidents with bugs but they were addressed. 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely love living here! The team is amazing. They always greet you with a smile and do a great job keeping the community well-maintained. The rooftop is one of my favorite spots; it’s the perfect escape to relax, and I love watching the deer. The location is another huge plus with quick access to I-45. It’s close to everything, but without the hassle of traffic and congestion. Truly the best of both worlds!

We were so excited to move to this apartment! They showed us a B3 floor plan with an incredible view on the fourth floor. After that being about the apartment for a few days we decided to apply and put the deposit down. We were approved immediately and at which time signed the contract and paid the full amount to save the apartment from getting rented by someone else. We then the next day stop by the office and give extra financial documents needed. Everything was looking great and we were excited! A few days later we received a call telling us someone else had also applied for this apartment and was moving in next week. They apparently had reserved it weeks before us and didn’t realize it when they showed it to us or told us to reserve it. Now my credit has been checked and I have nothing

I don’t really want to share how much I love it here because everybody with the same desires may come and be as content as me. I’m joking of course. My wants and needs are just for peace, a safe, comfy place to work from home, maintenance that cares and are responsive and an office that is professional, familiar, helpful and pleasant. Amenities including a pool and workout room. Excellent mail package delivery system, hunny. Abundant parking, elevators working, nearby restaurants and family friendly places (Great Wolf just opened over there 👉🏾) and grown up events in League City, walking 🚶🏾‍♀️ distance to a cool restaurant and for sports fans. Ok, I’m done. You don’t want all that. ;-)

From the moment I walked into the leasing office I was blown away. The staff was amazing the entire time I was there and even the days after when going through the approval phase. The property is very lovely and secure which put my mind at ease being a single mother.
