Maridadi Apartments

It is painfully obvious that this company is notorious for bad dealings by the amount of 1 star reviews. I was a faithful resident at their West Palm Beach Maridadi Luxury apartment for 3 years . Although the apartment itself was very spacious and beautiful, the upkeep leaves much to the desired. I came to visit a friend in Florida from Michigan in 2019 and toured the complex. At that time I was told they were renovating the clubhouse and a gate would be installed shortly afterwards. Fast forward to 2020 during the pandemic, I wanted to relocate to Florida and did everything over the phone. Once I got settled, I asked about the renovation and installation and was told due to COVID everything halted. We’ll fast forward another 3 years and still no progress. Not only that, there was

Rents high, maintenance is subpar, there's no club house its been coming for years now. Parking is limited the only good thing is the size of the units @ 1600 sq ft.

Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. This is my personal experience with living in this community. Nearly at least once a month the fire alarm would go off at any and all times. There were occasions where it went off and continued for over 24 hours. The fire department would come and they would not even be able to turn it off since it was an issue with the apartment complex's alarm system. If it rains heavily, the sewer system will back up and toilet water would accumulate in the grass and parking lot area and would smell horrible and have many bugs. The dumpsters are always overflowing and have furniture people have thrown away all around it. The "clubhouse" is just an abandoned building. The pool is closed more times than it isn't and the times that it isn't, it is filled with bugs

I stayed there for two years, the apartment itself is beautiful and large. 1. The sewage stays backed up so bad, FECES is all over the parking lot & dog park. 2. The pool is hardly ever cleaned you can hardly ever go for a swim. 3. There is no such thing as a community center here. 4. TRASH TRASH TRASH is always full and on the ground. 5. Jennifer the manager in a different state, held most of my deposit for carpet. I can honestly say I hardly ever used the second bdrm so the carpet had no wear. 6. The community is beautiful and quiet. Apartments are modern and spacious. However...they need a pool man or pool company that knows how to properly treat and clean the pool. The pool is never ever up to part. The tenants pay too much here not to be able to use a clean pool and hot tub at all times. It's bad enough we don't even have a clubhouse as advertised so they need to step it up because it's listed as part of the amenities that we are paying to use, and WE ARE PAYING A GOOD CHUNK OF MONEY TO LIVE HERE!!! As of right now the clubhouse is a storage unit. 2 years already and no progress! Parking is a disaster. No assigned parking to tenants as they state on the lease. Parking is a free for all and kills your social life if you plan on going out at night. Expect to not find parking. They
