Five stars is not enough to say how pleased we were with Marianne Mansour's handling of the sale of our mid modernist home in Rocky Mount, NC. Her first step was to walk through the house and imagine it's possibilities. Quickly she marshalled the vendors needed to make the improvements necessary to bring the 75-year-old house to its former splendor. Ms. Mansour paid close attention to details both inside and outside the house including landscaping. The house had never looked that good in the 12 years we lived there. Ms. Mansour has an unerring sense of style which came to the fore in her staging of the interior. Ms. Mansour's efforts resulted in a frenzy of bidders and a final price 50K over asking! She was firm and personable, a true professional. We recommend her without reservation!
