if i can leave 0 star i would this company is horrible, they don’t keep up with anything they in here in here , the gym , the business center , let’s not forget the APARTMENT, everything falls apart, the poor property manager jade , & her minion cody , won’t be good for anything, trash customer service, they won’t replace anything once it breaks. they can care less , it won’t never get fixed , oh we also has an app that tells us when packages will be there , don’t worry it won’t ever be updated you’ll have to call !! and i hope you guys don’t have to call them cause they like to hang up while you’re talking , trashy behavior for a property manager! horrible customer service. and they also have squatters here actively pulling on doors going into apartments be careful here guys !

I would highly recommend making this your new home just based off the location. It's 10 minutes from New Orleans. Very close to the interstate and everything you need is literally 5 minutes away.. Besides that, I've enjoyed my residency here. It's Gated, quiet, well kept, and the apartment itself has been completely renovated. Everything is very modern and up-to-date. I'm also loving the pool and the gym. It took me months to find myself a place I could call home . neighbors are friendly, it's quiet and no drama. I know now, that I made the right choice.. If you're looking for a place to call home. Your search should stop here. The staff is friendly and the apartments are beautiful..

Margeaux Apartments are a nice place to call home. The property is very well maintained and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The pool and workout facilities are top notch (never overcrowded). The location is excellent, easy access to Interstate 10. Very close to all Metairie and Kenner shopping and restaurants and only 15 minutes from the French Quarter / downtown New Orleans.

Such a gem in Metairie! The location is close to everything! The tenets are chill, never had any issues with my neighbors. The management staff is very helpful and friendly!

Have been here for over 2 years and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is polite and efficient. The workout at the small gym is wonderful, and it has great equipment. Haven't used the pool but it is always busy in the summer. My little pup loves it too she gets to meet neighbors and we go for small walks around the complex.
