It’s a nice place to live. I’ve lived here for two years in a ground level studio. Maintenance is prompt, my neighbors are friendly. I never hear my neighbors. No pests, mgmt is courteous and responsive. You are getting a well-priced apartment in an excellent location. Laundry is very reliable, parking is no problem. 5/5 guys, thanks for everything!

I don't even wanna give one star for this apartment.Living in this apartment community became extremely stressful because of the resident living below me and the way management handled the situation. The downstairs neighbor repeatedly created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for my family. She shouted at us, used inappropriate language, and constantly tried to provoke conflict. No family should ever have to deal with this kind of behavior from someone living so close.For so many months, I stayed quiet and tried to ignore her toxic behavior. But as human beings, there is only so much anyone can tolerate. She crossed every boundary of respect and made our home feel tense and unsafe. It’s not normal to hear these kinds of noises at home. They’ve created an environment that blatantly disregards basic human rights and has the audacity to demand penalties from residents who want to leave. The negative reviews are no exaggeration; they accurately reflect the intolerable conditions.

Been here for over a year and love the place. Location is amazing and the rent is affordable for this area. The front office is very helpful when issues arise. The units are spacious. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but they work. The only downfall is the shared laundry. Laundry is expensive and there are only 2 washers and dryers per 12 units. The renewal process was seamless and the increase in rent wasn’t drastic. Overall a good place to live and the school district is one of the best in the state
