I represented a buyer who obtained his loan with First Citizen’s Bank. Mr. White was very slow to return emails and phone calls. Our closing is to take place at noon today and we still do not have a correct loan package. This bank offered a doctor loan with good terms, but the entire loan process has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication.
