I didn't have a great experience and probably won't come back. The agent never visited the property and had no real knowledge about the warehouse in Texas that I wanted to buy, didn't allow to see the property before making my offer and was constantly badgering me into signing. As a result, the property turned out to be in bad condition, and I had to spend time and money for the travel and inspection because of the reasons above. I give 2 stars and not 1 because even though the agent wasn't knowledgable about the property, the office processes were pretty well organized.

They have been calling and leaving messages for years. Even after I have repeatedly told them I am not interested in buying or selling more property. I have them blocked. But they still leave messages. I would never do business with a company that insists on harrassing me.
