Marbrose Realty is an outstanding property management company. We have been using their services for a long time because they maximize our monthly cash flow and provide suggestions for building improvements to help our ROI. I would recommend using Marbrose services, everyday of the week, if you are looking for a property management company you can trust and want to build a long-term relationship.

I’m sad to say my experience with Marbrose and their management was the worst I’ve experienced in NYC. During my time as a tenant in one of their buildings they lost my rent and proceeded to charge me late fees (they refuse to do electronic payments in the 21st century), the building in a single winter season would lose heat and hot water for 24hrs+ at a time without any rush to fix the boiler (they wouldn’t adjust rent for this although they couldn’t provide hot water), they would have major maintenance on the building and not inform the tenants (I’d wake up to the entire building smelling like gas and oil, panicking to call the gas company out of fear their was a leak while the oil tank was being replaced in the basement), during covid the city was hit pretty hard with unemployment and r

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL business! Do not get involved with Marbrose Realty Inc! Staff are VERY unprofessional, manipulative and lazy! I have been contacting them for months to get a refund for a false charge, and they keep delaying the process, for months. When calling the office, the accounting department will hang up on you! One of the worst businesses I have ever been involved in!

We lived at 43 W 75th for 6 months and had bed bugs upon moving in. The management company was unresponsive, uncommunicative and hired an inept extermination company that completed four exterminations without solving our issue. We believed the source of the bed bugs was an apartment below us. Upon the last extermination, the exterminator told us it was useless and to move out. Instead of breaking lease, we abandoned the apartment for the last 6 months and were reimbursed nothing for all the infested furniture, clothes and apartment items that we simply forfeited. The management company continues to rent out the infested apartment despite the unresolved issues.

Marbrose does a Superb Job of managing NYC Properties: They are nice, accurate, professional, effective, and highly knowledgable. I have known them for over twenty years as a top level service organization.
