Don’t move here if you are a person of color. She watches you and harasses you. And try to evict you for made up reasons, but in all reality she don’t like people of color. She invades privacy, she breach of contract, and she discriminates against her tenants and also enters your place without your consent be aware!!

Watch your security deposit. I lived here back in the Covid days and they changed property managers 4 or more times and conveniently lost money. I should have taken them to court.

The property was clean and well maintained. There is no one on site to talk to. You have to call and schedule an appointment. Would have been nice to know that before we drove out there. It is a little out of the way. There is nothing that is too close by. No playground for kids. Not what we were looking for but if you want to feel a little isolated this night be the place for you.

Great complex. They really looked out for me after Hurricane Ian. They are replacing all of the A/C units, installing security cameras throughout the complex, repairing all of the roofs. They put in Hurricane Impact windows in all of the units, top and bottom. Installed brand new washers and dryers in the laundry room, and they drained the pool and refinished it. They also added new outside security lighting. The owner is there at least a couple of times throughout the week to follow up and stay on top of any repairs to the complex!
