I have been a resident of Marbella Apartments for over ten years and have to say it has been one of the best Apartment Communities I have ever rented from. The Office Management and Maintenance Staff have always been professional and caring. Through the Pandemic I have to give Marbella Office Manager Dalia Gonzalez a 10+ in that she saw to it that all the Tenant needs were met be it with maintenance issues or rent issues as many Tenants lost their jobs or had serious health problems while her Management Staff had to work remotely . Ms. Gonzalez and staff have always treated me with the utmost respect while the Maintenance staff came right away one time during a dangerous storm with flooding rain in the middle of the night on a weekend that caused some leaks coming through the roof and my

I just toured an apartment with Jovon, and let me tell you—she is absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service is top-notch. She took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained how to apply without making me feel rushed. Honestly, I felt right at home. I had the pleasure of working with Javon as I was assisting my mother with her application. Javon was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. She provided my mother will several options and provided excellent communication. To no fault of her own, my mother decided to not move forward. Javon continued to be professional and provided my mother with several options to reconsider. When my mother was unable to move forward Javon was supportive and remained a professional.
