Marbach Manor Apartments

I lived here for about 4 years never had a major problem everytime I had an issue management would do there best to fix it the manager Alma is the best she makes sure your well taken care of and maintenance goes quick to go and fix any issues you have with your apartment its like a nice little community there my neighbors were awesome as well the inside of the apartments are updated and there very spacious lots of closet space i would highly recommend these apartments!!!

Very impressed with our whole experience here as my son is a new tenant. Apartment is spacious and clean. The floorplans allow for ample storage space. The complex itself is well maintained and quiet. Management is on top of repairs. Highly recommended!!!

It’s been a year that I haven’t lived here anymore and they’re still charging my card randomly. $30 here $12 there. I don’t know why but we already settled everything when we moved out and payed everything we needed to pay. I never bothered to write a review because living here was depressing it I was grateful to have a place to live when options were scarce for us. If I’m being honest about the property, the playground is a hazard. The slide has a huge jagged hole that kids can fall into when they slide down it. The building is super run down with tons of layers of paint. Mine was super depressing and dark where u can only have light if you open every door and window. dozens of stray dogs. Brenda and her staff are really awesome! I can truly say this is the first time dealing with a property manager that will be bend over backwards to make sure her tenants are taken care of. I have been a tenant here for 1 year and haven't had any major issues. Any time I have a minor issue it is quickly resolved. They do a great job on the upkeeping of the properties and communicating with the tenants as well. I truly appreciate Brenda and her team 💜 Again, thank you for being awesome!

First, let me tell you what I think is good about this place: - The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive. Irma in particular is a real MVP, super prompt and very nice. - Very reasonably priced and all utilities included except electric - The neighbors are generally nice enough and respectful of each others' space/items on the patios, etc The things I didn't like so much are mostly that the buildings are very old with very thin walls/windows, so if you have a unit by the road, as I did, you will hear a LOT of road noise. The other main issue for me is the neighborhood, which is not the safest at night, but the complex obviously can't do much about that. Overall, I think it's a decent place to stay for awhile when you first get to San Antonio and you're trying to figure stuf
