Unprofessional and Unprepared Working with Marah Julmiste as the seller’s agent was extremely frustrating. It felt like she had no control or understanding of the transaction at all. Her communication was poor throughout, and she lacked knowledge on key aspects of the process — things any competent agent should know. My own realtor constantly had to step in and pick up the slack, essentially doing Marah’s job just to keep the deal moving forward. It was clear she was not prepared or equipped to handle this sale. If you’re looking for someone who will represent your interests with professionalism and competence, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
