Mark was my landlord for 9+ years he was great! He fixed things timely and i got most of my deposit back. He was very fair with any repair and issue that arose. I do wish i never left Mar and Mar, i have had nightmare landlords after another afterwards. But Mark was fantastic honest and straight forward.

They are the most deceiving unethical property management/real estate company I've come across. They lied to me in terms of returning my deposit. I left the place spotless. I had pictures and videos. They even told me that it was very clean. But then they decided to withhold the deposit. "Take us to court" they said. Mark and his Mother Margaretta Butts will lie and try to steal anything they can. Their real estate deals are questionable at best. When I was renting, they put the house on the market after I was there a short time, even though when I rented the house, they promised they were not going to sell. When they put it on the market, they said, "don't worry we won't put a lock box on it or do showings". Mark and his mother were showing it within 3 days. I decided to move out; because
