Mar Del Sol Apartments

Please DONT MOVE HERE!! These apartments are so close from collapsing. It’s all crooked and the flooring isn’t right, we had constant leaks, ac breaking down, so many roaches and other bugs coming in from cracks in the apartment. All the doors wouldn’t close right, we had a huge ant infestation in the bathroom, a BIG RAT coming from the kitchen!! It looked like the New York ones, I’m not even exaggerating. There’s too many stray cats outside and constantly pooped by our area. I had another family member live here who had CATS in their ac vent, RATS that chewed through the dryer pipes and the office did nothing about it. Maintenance takes forever to come and don’t do a good job, you can go ahead and call and call and call but they still won’t come. Every night there’s gunshots going off, ca

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They’re completely unprofessional — they hang up on you, they don’t send the documents they promise, and when I spoke with Margarita, she said she’s the only one in the office, which honestly explains a lot. If this is how they handle things

This is the best apartment ever. Under the management of Raquel Medina She and her staff makes sure that the apartment are well kept and everything is working. The environment is clean and the security is airtight She doesn’t take nonsense and she keeps the rules and regulations. It’s child friendly clean to the teeth and price friendly. I really love this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet place

Mar del sol apartments under the management of Rachel and her staffs has been home to all with quick response to everything and making sure everything and everyone is happy. Raquel medina kept everything in place and everyone in check .she is the best and nicest person ever and the property is the best conducive na d accommodating you can find around that area.
