If this company manages your HOA, be prepared to waste a lot of time on EVERY request. Literally everything has been a problem because the incompetence between this place and the builder. For context, our subdivision is brand new, so there is no HOA board. It’s just this company and the builders, blind leading the blind apparently. We have a baby on the way so we are looking to get projects done quickly. It started with the fence, rather than asking all the questions once and getting an answer, we had to go back and forth and ask the builder to escalate because we needed the fence put in quickly for our dog. Maples Properties is great to work with! They are very knowledgeable in what they do and keep us well informed in regards to our subdivision. The staff are very pleasant.

We have lived in our home now for almost 2 months and have gone back and forth with the property management company and Maples who manages the HOA in our neighborhood. We promptly paid our dues before we moved in. We still have yet to receive a key fob to have access to the pool. I have called Maples myself twice and been told the key fob was going in the mail that day. The property management has never received it. I stood in the office as the property manager called and spoke with Maples on the phone. They told her they were sending it. Still almost 2 weeks later, we don’t have a key. Maples has purposely made this transition to our new neighborhood difficult for reasons that are personal and we are on the receiving end of the consequences. The Villas at Wicklow has had a great experience with Maples Properties. Chris and Brandi are professionals and so nice to work with. They are very responsive to our needs, providing assistance in a timely manner. Their financial reporting is detailed and provides the information needed by our board treasurer. We changed banks last year and they handled that process completely. Maples collects HOA dues from our residents and pays all our bills for us, plus assistance with many other services! With the financial reporting from Maples and the great job by our treasurer, we have been able to track our income and expenditures and stay within our budget. Great job Chris, Brandi and your team!

Our HOA has been very happy working with Maples Properties. They have done a great job managing issues that have come up in the neighborhood. They have been easy to contact and quick to respond. All the reports have been timely and accurate. Great company.
