Maple Terrace Apartments

I lived at Maple Terrace for a year . I paid my rent a month in advance. I kept my apartment very clean! A month before my lease was up. I was awaken from my nap with the maintenance men in my apartment telling me they had to check my fire alarms . A week before we did a yearly walk threw and changed batteries and all filters in my apartment. After being told I had no rights and they could enter my apartment when ever they wanted with no warning. I gave my 30 day notice I was not renewing my lease.. I moved out and all went fine with my walk threw ,they would mail me my deposit with in 30 days. After 40 days I went to the office and asked about my deposit. The lady in the office informed me the apartments are now under new management and she had no info or leases for anyone that was living

I came here to apply last year and brought all the info they needed including 2 reg. pay paychecks and 2 that showed the overtime i was working to move. I by passed 2 apartments because I this one was closer to work for me and, the staff submitted incorrect info as far as income even with the verification from my employer that showed I met the requirement and pegged me as making too much. I lost my spot for the other 2 apartments because I was told before this by maple terrace new staff that i was approved and was coming to sign a lease. so disappointed in the experience of the whole situation and would not recommend them to anyone.

This place is HORRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE!!!!! Yes rent is cheap but the owners PK Management will screw you over. And it's happened to over 150 tenants that's I know of. They can't keep any employee cuz they fire them if they don't do the illegal things they are asked to do.

Been trying to get a place for over a month with them. Ive called and stopped by. The office is always closed and when ever they answer the phone they ALWAYS have an excuse as their systems went down they had to redue everyone's applications or their manager quit or they put me on hold for over an hour until i hang up. Also the workers their are so rude and look down on you for applying there. They are not professional at all.

My sister had a appointment at 11 today when we got to the office they had a paper saying sorry but we don't open till 1 so my sister got mad and called them to see if they can set another time but they didn't answer they should call the person that has an appointment to reschedule.
