Maple Ridge Apartments

Moving to Columbus was one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. Finding an apartment to fit me perfectly made it so more difficult. Mrs G and her team found the perfect location close to my job and exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone struggling to find the right apartment or townhome. Maintenance is very quick with any issues you have and someone always in the office for any questions. Always keep in mind office is at Forest Edge location.

I just renewed my lease! Mrs.G is my favorite and the maintenance men are always a big help. This is a safe environment my 3 year old can play outside without any worries. If your in the market for a really nice apartment I'd definitely recommend this one!

This year marks 20 years as a resident at Maple Ridge apartments. Without reservation, it has been a very good 20 years. The property manager is the best that I've ever dealt with. She is compassionate, fair, and empathetic and takes great pride in her position as Property Manager. The Maintenance staff is "spot on" as it relates to efficiency and quality of work. I couldn't be more happy with a group of hardworking men. To date, there have been several improvements and updates to my unit. The property grounds have received significant changes and updates that have enhanced the value of this property as well as curb appeal. Overall, the rental rates are satisfactory and affordable. I plan to remain a resident here at MRA for years to come. A satisfied and loyal MRA resident.

If your looking for an affordable, well maintained apartment this is the place. Management is always helpful and friendly. Maintenance always takes care of things in a quick manner which is a huge plus. I would recommend living here to anyone! Convenient location, friendly neighbors. I'm glad to call this place home.

The place here is lovely. The people are nice. The Landlord is wonderful in the repair. People are absolutely incredible. Highly recommend.
