You can add this to the other disappointed tenants who live in this Community. First, they will drain your bank account dry. We moved in and then suddenly right after we moved in they said they’re gonna start charging five dollars a day for parking if you didn’t have a permit. I told him how many vehicles when I moved in here I should’ve been grandfathered in and I wasn’t on one of my vehicles so I requested an additional permit. I was told by the office that I couldn’t have one so I went above her head and then I was told by that person that I could have one, but she never issued it and that was back in October. Britney made the entire leasing process incredibly easy. I just finished my tour, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took her time walking me through everything, answered every question with patience, and made sure I fully understood all the options available. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and willingness to help made the whole experience completely stress-free. Truly one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever met!

Apparently writing a bad review is the only way to get ahold of the leasing office at Maple Leaf. My boyfriend and I lived here from May 2024-July 2025. Our entire experience there has been tainted by a few horrible ones. The latest being the fact that it’s been almost 90 days since we moved out and we haven’t gotten our security deposit refund. Every time we call to check on the status no one answers or calls back after leaving a voicemail. We’ve gone by the leasing office twice now - during normal business hours - and no one is ever there. We just want our money back and to be done with this place.

I lived here from May 2024 to August 2025. While my time living here was great, the entire moving out process has been a nightmare. It has been almost 12 weeks since I moved out and I have not received my security deposit, despite my NUMEROUS calls, texts, and emails to the staff. It is almost impossible to get a hold of the staff. If you were looking to live here, I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere, as they seem to not care about their tenets after they have moved out and owe them their money back. Very disappointed in this whole situation, especially after I had such a positive experience while I lived there.

2021 review = 1 star It's amazing what a different experience we had only one year later. We can't say enough great things about both the former manager Savanah and the maintenance manager Brandon! After Savanah left, the apartment complex was without an official manager for 6 months. Meanwhile, Brandon became the face of the apartment. He has been always around, taking care of things, making sure that the residents had service from someone, if not the management. He seemed overworked and even when he had a scary health incident, he returned to work quickly. Both he and Savanah seemed to care a lot about the Maple Leaf community and have great people skills.
