I’ve read the reviews and I must’ve met somebody different. Andrea in the office is very helpful and very understanding and she makes sure that maintenance gets to your issue fast. My toilet was stopped up and they were there in 20 minutes. You have your normal noise from neighbors. But for the price and the location, it’s a great place. It just keeps getting better. I’ve been here for years. My lease is up and I’m signing another lease. That’s how happy I am. Thanks, Andrea and team for all you do

Going to be a long review so bare with me. This place can't keep anyone in the office, it's poorly ran , you can't ever get ahold of the actual Manager because she's literally in a meeting every single day all day. They're unprofessional, yelling at people on the phone when you're trying to get something important. They don't actually fix anything in the complex, but then turn around and say it's your fault. Plumbing issues. If it rains and your stuff is damaged, that's on you. They won't even fix the apartment itself, they charge you for that. No matter how much you call or put in work orders nothing gets done and there's nothing you can do about it because they have good lawyers and they always win no matter how wrong they are. I have to say I have lived here three years. And in the last three years, I’ve seen it go from bad to worse and then back to good. They brought in new management Andrea she is making things happen. My AC has never worked. I called and I spoke to her about it the beginning of the summer And it was fixed if you want an affordable place with a nice management and great maintenance I would choose here.

I reached out to a team member looking for housing. Was told that the utilizing dynamic pricing with their homes and they change daily. Dynamic pricing is not okay at retail stores and it is certainly not okay in housing cost.

Maple North Apartments has extremely poor maintenance and serious safety and health issues. Submitting a maintenance request is pointless—no one comes unless you repeatedly call and go to the office. Even then, maintenance never completes the job. They claim they’ll return, but they don’t, despite multiple follow-up requests. My ceiling has been cracking and falling into my bathtub, which is a major safety hazard. Instead of fixing it, they placed a very loud fan in the bathroom and said they would be back. That was months ago. It has now been almost a year, and the problem remains unresolved. Living with a damaged ceiling raises serious health concerns, including mold and structural risks. When I asked the office for the corporate office’s contact information, they refused to provide it.
