Maple Crest Garden Apartments at Dix Hills

Nice apartment complex in the heart of North Deer Park/Dix Hills area. Safe and maintenence crew is top notch.

Decent rent I guess considering the cost of house on Long Island. Old complex inside and out. Outside looks old rundown and dated. Inside of apts are redone with cheap quality products and poor workmanship. Things constantly breaking or not working. maintenance staff spread thin and inexperienced. Rude management! No tenant website or payment portal. Had to order checks just to pay rent ( who still uses checks) Everything about this place is just old. Only good thing about is cheaper than average rent and the school district but you definitely get what you pay for!

Hard to reach out the contact person. No one answered the phone. Tried to email didn’t get any reply. You can’t even make an appointment. Went to the office it’s closed. I am not sure how it works.

I lost my car in the apartment Landlord unable to say how the car was stolen or towing because the workers are the one who stole my car a bunch of thief they all hiding from it suddenly all the cameras not working no one have answers when i call the main office that old lady hang up on my face this not a great & safe place to live as much it look quiet ,karma do exist who ever steal my car will pay for it !

Tried so many times to talk to them but the num that they gave on website nobody received. Contacted through email nothing!! I mean my application doesn’t go through at least inform me.
