Maple at Med Center Apartments

I worked diligently to get into the apartment. Was approved by corporate because of credit situation. Moved in to an apt with black appliances when I signed for stainless steel, had to be talked down to & threatened with ending my lease (no penalty) for asking for what I paid for. The bldg is infested with roaches .. they run in the hallways. Got bit by my neighbors dog 2 months later that he was walking 2 of them with NO LEASH, subsequently throwing off finances as I missed work. Leasing agent Aneley is very sweet & nice. They waived on late fee and have been patient with me during this 2 month ordeal, BUT I have not have a working washer for over a month. Jan 14th I placed the order.. Update: Maple at Med refunded my security deposits. Please make your own judgment, after reviewing the supporting photos. They didn’t refund my security deposit, and still haven’t provided the photos of holes, they charge me for. You may find other reviews, where people reviewed its hard to get the deposit back. I lived in this apartment for about 4 yrs and kept the apartment clean. I sweeped and mopped the floor and every week as i like my surroundings clean. Apart from below charges, they have misplaced our security deposit, luckily we have a copy of our agreement, which states our total deposit. I moved out last week but leasing team is charging $700. The property is declining unfortunately, my first two years were amazing. I have lived here since summer 2022. I have noticed a recent influx of pests, I do believe there are people moving in with pest issues. German roaches to be exact. There used to only be water bugs here or there, which are outside pests that come in during rain, etc. Once German roaches move in, it’s a rap. I keep my apartment spotless btw, this is the properties problem. Time to go.

July 2025: Maple at MedCenter continues decline. (The sign isn’t even properly placed). Extremely dirty and roach infested building. Neighbors are loud and don’t understand that this is communal living and let their kids run around at all hours. It seems like they do not screen residents anymore just for the sake of filling up empty units. Evident by the increasing number of government assistant units. There is a couch on a balcony growing mold for over 2 years and management has yet to ask the resident to remove it. Garage is horrendous and dangerous. I witness many close call accidents daily as drivers lack common sense and also trying to avoid hitting the furniture people just leave laying in the garage. No cameras on every floor of the garage except the gate. They do not care about

I love Maple at Med Center. Ingred was a jewel with assisting me with my move. I had some doubts but she walked me through the process. My move is was a breeze. I had a work order that was completed within 20 minutes. The upscale living makes me happy to pay my rent. The hallways are clean and has a calming smell.
