This builder is unbelievable. They made it so easy to build our new home. Nick Buck, our building manager, was so easy to work with. He kept us up to date every week. After about 7 months, we did our walk through and got our keys, even though i already had mine. After we moved in, we had a couple of minor issues come up and immediately took care of them. The warranty portal is so nice to have. Put an issue in and within a day it’s taken care of. You would not believe the electicity bill on this house. It has been less than $100 every month. I watched them building it with 2”x6” exterior walls and the blown in insulation really made this home so efficient. There is so much more that Manuel Builders did to make our dream. If you are thinking about choosing this “custom” home builder, save your money and select a spec home builder. The quality of their homes are not up to a standard “custom” home builder. In fact, my spec homes were of higher quality. Trying to get warranty work done is a complete joke. The project manager will give every excuse of why something does not qualify for warranty. For example, there is a two year warranty for HVAC and electrical. I submitted my issues, immediately received a call and was given an excuse for both issues I had. My thermostat will not go below 67 degrees. It did at one time and now it does not. The PM told me that some thermostats are set not to go below a certain temp and that I should not need to set my temp below 67. Who has the right to tell me that

What can I say about manuel builders?Let's see! Our home got destroyed during hurricane Laura so we looked and looked for a company with good reviews. Found manuel and went with them. All custom homes. OK! I can say that they did one nice thing. So they say 6 month guarantee. Lies! Demands were low and things. But other homes all around us were up and people living in them completely finished. Go figure! So yeah, 6 months turned into 13 months. If you want an outside fan under your awning, don't have 8 foot ceilings. We had to put a table right under the fan because it's so low people were hitting their heads.
