I had an amazing experience at Manor in Hialeah! The staff is truly incredible professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Do NOT Be Fooled by the “Luxury” Label We recently moved out of Manor Hialeah, and our experience was beyond disappointing. At first glance, the apartments may look “luxury,” but that’s where it ends. The grounds are poorly maintained, and the amenities are constantly closed, broken, or unavailable. What’s the point of paying luxury prices when you can’t actually use what you’re paying for? Management is completely unorganized and unhelpful. Getting in touch with anyone was a challenge, our calls would go straight to voicemail or we’d be hung up on. Communication was inconsistent at best and nonexistent at worst. The most frustrating part was move-out. We followed the move-out guidelines exactly as instructed. We documented everything with photos and video evidence showing the apartmen

The pros -maintenance crew is super nice, responsive and respectful -pretty exterior The cons -smell of weed in common areas (despite a no smoking/vaping policy -weekly police presence -useless security guard riding around the golf cart fast not really doing anything particularly beneficial -multiple dogs being walked in common areas with no leash in sight -dirty hallway floors, almost constantly, which is very embarrassing for when visit comes over -no security cameras, but also you cannot put a ring camera on your door, which means that every now and then your packages will get stolen

I want to highlight the outstanding work of Yenny Colmenares from the housekeeping team at Manor Hialeah. She is always professional, friendly, and extremely dedicated to keeping the building spotless. Every time she is on shift, the common areas look cleaner, more organized, and well taken care of. Yenny is proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect condition. Her positive attitude and work ethic truly make a difference in the community. We appreciate her commitment and the pride she puts into her work. Employees like Yenny elevate the quality of service at Manor Hialeah. Highly recommended and very grateful for everything she does!
