Love this place. Very conveniient location. Clean modern and safe. No parking issues. Love how it looks like a giant mansion from the street! The midtown Sac vibe is awesome. Homeless not an issue at all. Everything is good.

Fair price for what you get, and I’ve been happy. The application was easy, and management has been polite, responsive, and consistent about sharing updates on any work happening around the property. The online resident portal is simple to use, and when I’ve submitted requests or questions, I’ve heard back quickly. I feel secure here: the property is gated, access is controlled, and there are cameras throughout. I haven’t had issues with random people getting in. Parking is gated and you get an assigned space, which is a solid perk. Amenities are a nice bonus: Pet-friendly apartments, a gated dog area, outdoor hangout/cooking space, a locked spot to store a bike or a few small items, and on-site mail for letters and small packages.
