Great Management Company. No where is perfect but Upper Management do their utter best to ensure Residents have a place to call home. We need all come together, Staff and Residents to make Manhattan North Great!

Awful and unprofessional organization. Their staff is unequipped, ignorant, hateful and blatantly disrespectful. Their behavior is tawdry and needs major reorganization and training. Staff feel comfortable disrespectfully speaking and yelling to paying tenants. The properties are in deplorable conditions and many should be assessed by the departments of health and safety. As soon as my lease ended I ran for the hills. Please go elsewhere and avoid their properties and staff at all costs.

I certainly can't speak for the entirety of their portfolio, but the building that I live in is very well-maintained. Our super is wonderful and always fixes things immediately. They have monthly pest control that actually stops by! I've also found my conversations with the management team to always be helpful -- our washing machine broke recently and they were quick to replace it and give us a new one within less than a week. They are usually quick to respond via email but a little less reliable via phone. I have had VERY bad experiences with past management companies in New York, so maybe my expectations are low, but I have lived in a few places and have found this company to be the best of the ones I have worked with. The absolute worst. Took 1 year to get my tub glazed. Had issues with my tub, they only fixed it because it affected the unit under me. They did inspections for repairs 18 months ago and still haven't fixed anything. Just saw my rent receipt and they double charge me for February. 3 property managers in 2 years. Had to get a cat to keep the mice away. You could literally hear the mice in the wall. The water is hot enough to cook noodles with.. Had to file a report with HPD. WILL CONTINUE TO FILE THEM.
