Had a wonderful experience being an applicant and officially being a tenant for a unit of this property manager. I do recommend having everything in order before but the two people Yael and Helena were both excellent people for guidance. These units do go by fast so be quick and make sure you contact, go to the unit and apply!

She is very responsive in her communication and trustworthy. We definitely recommend Manhattan Flats based on our experience!

She promptly responded to my texts, emails, and calls to answer any questions I had or help fix something in my apartment. She's super warm too and friendly too—one of my best renting experiences in the city to date.

This was the besssssssst experience ever. I rented out my first studio in NYC three years back. My mom was around to help out. This was my first time ever dealing with a brokerage firm. N then I met Yael who helped me through the process. Yael is superrrrr nice.. She is the besssssst ever. Over years we developed such a nice bond. I never had any complaints with the service and more over the attention I received during my stay was exceptional. One day I even misplaced my keys at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night.
