Mandalay

We have lived in the neighborhood for two years. Septic tank pump broke, plumbing (non related to septic tank) is a mess w sewer juice coming up shower and tub drains. Over all, low quality for top price. And living on the east side is horrible nothing to do and horrible horrible traffic!!!

The experience with the builder here has been TERRIBLE. Too Many issues specifically with the builder and his sub contractors to name and More Importantly Too Many Problems with the quality of their overall work on their homes as a whole. If you don't mind paying for what you want and expect the same in overall quality of the product you purchase, Based on my personal experience with this builder This Isn't What You Want. Their is little to no check and balances on what they do before, during, and after the sale. After over a year since closing little to noone in management will get Anything done. They essentially cycle you OVER AND OVER again back to the same sub contractors whom performed the poor work on your home to begin with. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLES and Please Trust Me LOOK E
