I truly enjoyed living at Rousseau Apartments. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and my experience with management that work there during my time there was great. It would have been a five-star experience overall. I haven been trying to get this resolved since July and it is now December. Unfortunately, my move-out experience dropped that to ONE star due to how a billing concern was handled by Jody Paul. I contacted about an additional charge that was added more than 21 days after I vacated the apartment. When I raised this concern over the phone and explained that, under California law, charges must be provided within that timeframe, I was told, "Yes, we can charge you." I asked to see where that was stated, both legally and in the lease, and did not receive an answer or doc

I've been complaining the our management here at Stonegate apartments about a residente female walking her dog to the our front area grass where she continues to to leave her dogs poop never picks it up, she doesn't even carry bags. What are the initial actions taken by the Preventive Maintenance professional prior to entering the apartment? Because he rang the bell and my son went down stairs in one minute my son put the dogs away, and the guy was already gone, usually I would get a call so I can put the dog away. But the office females want to make it sound like he went and didbwhat he supposed to. The guy needs to do better just like he waits around looking to see others people's business our how many dogs we have. He should also be reporting all the dog poop thats all over the grass

We hired this company to manage our commercial properties, but they are not doing the job. The assigned property manager is hard to reach, unresponsive, and rude, often acting irritated when we ask basic questions. We’ve had to follow up repeatedly just to get updates and action on routine matters. We’re now considering switching all of our properties to a different management company.

The management at the Clovis courtyard apartments is unhelpful and inconsiderate. They do not assist with the renters and offer no solutions or answers to questions. Very unhappy with the level of service provided and the lack of training the apartment management team receives.

I have been speaking with Nancy regarding a few different properties. She has been so polite and courteous. I'm not in the area but any questions I have she is readily available to answer. I had to leave a review for that alone because you can tell she really enjoys her job, and doesn't see people like me as nagging or annoying. She's sent pictures of the properties I inquired about and even followed up afterwards. She has been very pleasant since our first interaction and I wanted to make sure to highlight her professionalism and friendly demeanor.
