Every since the apartments have been taken over by Morgan Properties...everything has gone down hill, they call it renovations, but, they are not upgrading anything but the price...There are Rats in the woods besided my apartment, and trees blocking my parking space...they dont tell you when roof service or tree service will be coming and disrupting your peace...They just have no regard for the people living here... they dont consider this our home any longer, ...they just consider it their property that they can do with as they please, it doesn't matter that I pay my rent on time every month... I had been with the previous owners for over seven years without any issues ....if you are considering moving here, please dont.

Be careful with these people. They can damage your credit. We lived there for two years; it was a quiet and nice place. We always paid the rent in advance until the day we moved to another state. They told us the amount we owed, and according to them, there were no outstanding payments. To our surprise, a $220 debt appeared in collections. They didn't call, text, or email us to explain the reason for the debt, even though they had our phone numbers and our new address, as if we were refusing to pay. The normal procedure is to contact the tenants first; if there is no response, then legal action can be taken. I don't think their procedure was fair. Now, this debt will remain on my credit report for seven years, damaging my credit score.

Manchester just told all of their tenants they have 2 weeks to remove their washers and dryers so they can install their own and then charge them a fee for using the new washers and dryers. Avoid this place like the plague

I hear they are forcing tenants to dispose of their washers and dryers so management can install their own and charge a fee. I will keep this review up until I find out management has changed their mind
