My Aunt loves this place, I have noticed no shower pole in bathroom and the window lock situation but those can be fixed for her in due time. She smiles now when she goes home and loves the area which is convenient for walking and taking in the music from the Aretha Franklin Amphitheater. Obsessed. Amazing price, amazing, layout/space, beautiful and fun area (Dequindre cut nearby, the Detroit river, etc) friendly people! I feel incredibly lucky to live here! Antonio was very helpful throughout the entire move-in process. An episode of Sopranos was filmed here which is really cool. Lots to love. 10/10 thank you 😊

I have been living here for over 3 months now, and I am pleased with everything. Blake B, one of the leasing consultants from the Detroit East Portfolio, helped me throughout the entire move-in process and is always willing to help in any situation I've needed. Great place to live, with a beautiful view of the city and river. Less than a mile walk to the river, with many restaurants, parks, and scenic views. Truly love my apartment!

I wanted to leave a review not only for the apartment complex itself but for my leasing agent, Raphaela. I am in the process of relocating to Detroit from Columbus, OH for a career and law school, and it's a seriously daunting thing to get that process started. Relocating to a place you are not familiar with can be overwhelming, especially when you don't know a ton about the area. I started looking for places about a month ago, and instantly fell in love with the charm of the units inside this building. My leasing agent, Raphaela, accommodated to my work schedule and we did a virtual tour, and I was amazed by the unique qualities of one of the units (which I'm hoping to live in), and she has been working with me all the way through, since my move is still scheduled for about a month from n

This place has asbestos, rodents, no ac, possums and raccoons chilling in your windows, severe spiders all over the building,MOLD because there’s not a single fan anywhere. ,
