Following thorough research and selection of a builder with positive online reviews, I submitted an offer on one of their properties. Trusting their established reputation, I was surprised to discover significant safety concerns during a subsequent inspection. Upon withdrawing my offer based on these findings, I sought a mutually agreeable resolution regarding my earnest money deposit. Regrettably, the builder and their Manatee title company representative, Hannah Hendrix, have not responded to my realtor's attempts to facilitate a refund. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident, as relying on online reviews to encounter such difficulties is quite stressful. I am now seeking legal advice to resolve this unfortunate and unnecessary matter.

David is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He refuses to things that I requested. He stated that “I will not do anything for you”. He never helped in anyway. Stay away From this company especially David he is so rude. What a horrible experience. I can’t say anything good about David or Manatee Stay away from this company Mike

Closed an out of state real estate transaction with Manatee Title. They were very professional and Brittany was always quick to respond to a question. I would defiantly use them again

Terrible communication to the seller! Wouldn’t recommend them.

Not professional, not prepared, responses either stated off placing blame on others or "we've been busy ". I could go on.... Would not use this business again
