Manatee Bay Apartments

Unique apt living with excellent office & maintenance staff! The piers, beach and pool are well maintained and a huge attraction both for enjoyment & serenity. This is a bittersweet move and definitely hard to leave. James (& Lynn)

Recently moved to Manatee Bay and have already met some great neighbors! The leasing team is amazing, Neddjy was so kind when showing us around and he explained everything in detail. Neddjy made moving so easy! Our unit has no problems so far and hopefully no surprises but I have good vibes about this community. The pool is so nice with a beautiful view and they have lots of places on the property to explore! So far so good!!

I’m honored to call Manatee Bay my home! My son and I have lived here for nearly 6 years now and I never imagined I could live somewhere with my own beach and a pool that faces the ocean! Not only are we lucky enough to be on the intercostal but we’ve been blessed to have a Management team that is understanding, easy to talk with and actually listens to what residents have to say/suggest. As the staff learned how frequent the community enjoys gathering on the beach for evening bonfires, they graciously built a Beautiful fire pit and seating area! MB also has 2 docks to fish from or dock a boat. The larger dock is perfect for morning or evening strolls; watching sunrise/sunsets or even do stretches/ yoga/ exercises! I absolutely love living here, at Manatee Bay Apartments!!!! I'd like to begin with how welcoming and safe we feel here. My fiancé and I have been here since December 2022. We came, we saw, and immediately fell in love, put in our application and was approved. We have our own heated pool(year round) jacuzzi, personal gym, club house, boat marina, kayak parking/storage, Amazon Hub, mail room Locker, gated entrance(w/ fob sticker), private parking, beautiful banyan tree walkways, flowers and Palm Trees!!! Thank God that they had these apartments available because we were given a choice between a 2nd or 3rd floor apartment or a 1st floor with an assigned parking and a garage. Now, I've never had a garage of my own but boy am I grateful I have one now!!! My hobbies have finally come to life!!

We lived there for two years. We left because we bought a property that has been one of my favorite places ever! Too bad, that is only for rent .. We got there during the Pandemic, even though there were some instructions, I can not complain. We had the beach that we enjoy every single day, even though we only used the pool 1 time in almost 2 years, but not because where bad, it's because of what was going on in that moment> Administration at the end, before we left, changed, but I didn't complain on my part .. I would go back again! Totally recommend it
