I was a commercial tenant for a little over 5 years. My experience with them was great, communication was always clear, every maintenance, repairs, or anything that was being done on site we would always receive an email in advance making us aware. Easy to get a hold of and everyone was always very cordial. No issues ever, thank you for everything!

Management Specialists has been managing our property since we purchased it in 2004. They came highly recommended from our realtor. True to his word, Management Specialists has been consistently efficient, professional and helpful in renting and maintaining our property. Over the years, the longest period of time that our place was vacant was only 2 months! (the market was really bad at that time!!). They've always followed the strict association rules and get right back to us whenever we have a question or a concern. Donna and Jeff have been super wonderful and we are grateful for their services.

After our unit flooded management specialist jumped into action and took care of our family. From finding us a place to stay to updates on the progress of our fast clean up. We moved back in to unit better than what we had before. We truly appreciate having such an excellent leasing company and landlord. I have rented in different states for the past 20 yrs.
