It is interesting that management and its associates are capable of responding quickly to a Google review, yet calls and emails from homeowners go unanswered. Perhaps the same level of attention given to online reputation should also be applied to actually communicating with the residents you are responsible for serving. Answering the phone or responding to emails would likely resolve many issues long before they escalate. For transparency, I was late on my HOA payment during a period when I was deployed on military duty. Instead of working with me or attempting to resolve the matter directly, my account was referred to an attorney almost immediately. What has not been mentioned publicly is that this resulted in excessive and questionable charges—most notably a $750 legal fee stemming from
Jaime has been exceptional from the first week she took over my condo complex. The previous management never took my calls or address the wiring issue despite meeting the property manager in person with two years of complaints. She immediately addressed the issue and the electrical issue was replaced. Over the years she has taken my calls at all hours and surprisingly even weekends with my emergencies. She truly goes above and beyond. I’m currently dealing with another problem . She actually reached out to me while on vacation for an update. I have owned my condo for 25 years . The company has repeatedly failed to comply with contractual obligations, including conducting required property walk-throughs. There is also a concerning pattern of noncompliance with Florida statutory requirements related to the timely production of records. Aside from Monica, there is a notable lack of accountability, competence, and follow-through among staff. This is especially troubling given the expectations established at the time of contract renewal. The decision to cease operations for an entire week around Christmas further demonstrates a disregard for the operational demands of managing multiple communities. Our community had gone completely down hill since this company had started managing it. Areas In Disrepair, no response to issues. Selective enforcement. Beware of any community that is managed by them. Nothing good to say here
I don’t usually leave reviews online, but I felt it was important to share how exceptional Ron has been as our new property manager. The professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge he brings far exceed what we’ve experienced in the past. Ron has not only improved communication and response times, but he’s also provided thoughtful guidance to our board, something I had never seen in all my years living in Trinity West. He even went above and beyond by meeting with us in the community, reviewing our survey, and helping us understand the details, even though he didn’t have to.
