I started with Malt Realty in 2021 and I cannot be happier. More than 4 years with this Company and not even one complain. Connor and his team are the kindest. I live in Georgia and have a rental property in Fort Myers. They always keep me informed of everything and something that I value is their customer service. Amazing team!!! I never lived in Fort Myers and they always handled all the issues that a rental property has. I highly recommned this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely the best Realty Management company in town! I have been with Malt Realty as a customer since 2017. Their online portals are extremely user friendly. During this time, they have kept me up to date on all issues timely, always answer the phone, and are quick to address issues. During our time with Malt we have experienced several devastating storms including Irma and Ian with direct hits and several other close calls or Tropical Storms. Through each Malt established direct communications with us well before the strum was forecast to make landfall. They clearly communicated what mitigation we needed to do before landfall, responsibilities, and provided contact numbers. Malt provides personal service to us and makes us feel valuable.
