Mallory Square

Today I had the pleasure of getting a self guided tour of Mallory Square Apartments at Shady Grove. The moment I walked into the leasing office I was greeted by Kimberly, who was extremely kind, and very helpful! She explained in detail how my tour would be. Every amenity was clean, updated and modern. Then I saw the unit which was wonderful! It was spacious which you don't really see these days! (Lol) I couldnt find anything that I disliked about the unit. Looking forward to becoming part of the community! Thank you Mallory Square!

I went to tour Mallory Square and had a great experience. I really like how the apartment complex looks. The one bedrooms that I viewed were very spacious and modern, the amenities like the pool and lounge rooms are very beautiful, and I like the fob system in place for the garage and that the units require a code for the resident to get into it vs using a fob. I can tell it’s a very secure apartment complex. It was also very quiet when I toured. Kimberly was very helpful during the tour, she answered all of my questions, and assured that the apartment community is very welcoming and engaging with the residents. She also went over the application process and highlighted information about the neighborhood and its convenience to supermarkets, shops, and with a shuttle to metro. The lease

We had such a wonderful experience with Mallory Square Apartments, especially thanks to Ms. Kimberly. Since we were arranging everything from out of state for my son’s apartment, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kimberly always responded quickly to emails and returned phone calls right away, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, even from miles away. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful with excellent amenities, but what really stood out was the customer service. Kimberly’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set Mallory Square apart. I'm here specifically to praise Ms. Kimberly because it's rare to come across customer agents like her. I've been to Mallory multiple times to find a unit with a balcony; each time, she was very professional, friendly, helpful, and never showed me that look like, 'I'm tired of you.' She's the kind of person you wish to have as your neighbor , or a babysit for your child or sales associate in customer service. Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Mallory Square, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Sean Miller. We were originally interested in The Daley because of the amenities and space, but ultimately after doing a tour with Sean Miller we ultimately chose to live here. Sean Miller made us feel at home. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us throughout the tour.! Sean Miller has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with him, so I'm shining a spotlight on him because he made our decision very easy to choose this place.. The Mallory is clean, safe and well maintained. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.
