Mallory Square

We've been here for a month, and our experience has been outstanding! From our wonderful interaction with Melanie, who helped us find the perfect apartment (we changed four times!), to the excellent maintenance and care of the complex, we are thrilled to be here. It's comforting to feel so at home when relocating to a new state, and Mallory Square truly delivers. The attention to detail in the amenities, furniture and decor choices, and landscaping make this a luxury complex. Move here!

I had an excellent experience working with Sabrina Rios at Mallory Square Apartments. From the beginning, Sabrina made the entire leasing and approval process smooth and straightforward for me and my wife. She was professional, responsive, and clear in explaining each step, which helped eliminate any confusion or stress along the way. What stood out most was how efficiently she handled our application and kept us informed throughout the approval process. Great community! The new management is very professional. Sabrina was so helpful during our move. Jimmy and Luis are the most effective and efficient maintenance guys! The property has the best amenities and are so well kept!

Smoke and Mirrors. Don't be fooled by the shiny exterior and bells and whistles of this place. If you love non-stop noise, marijuana and cigarette smoke, and avoiding dog feces, then this place is perfect. I can't tell you how many times I complained to management over my year lease with zero resolve. And if you live below, someone get ready for nonstop noise from their wall mounted tv's to stomping around constantly. I have never experienced such a place where you could hear everything your neighbors do. Tenants are just oblivious to the fact that other people live here and could care less about others.
