Mallards Landing Apartments

Well I am a new resident. The apartment is drafty with mold. staff unwilling to accommodate proper move in. apartment set in shambles. non-working stove, ripped blinds and then lack of staff. Don't move here. And it's Christmas Eve, and thank you Mallards landing for ruining my holiday. When filing my application, my lease, I was told that my apartment would look like the leasing office. IT DOES NOT! And I was told by the front staff since I was always warranted the keys that I have to accept this apartment with mold and a non-working stove and a dryer that doesn't work either cabinets aren't finished there are so many problems. Old carpet place smell like Curry when I moved into it. If I don't let them into my apartment, they can't fix the problem I was at work. I've been in the apartme

I have been living here for so long I can say that this place is a nasty dump, nobody does anything around here, the apartment has so many gap holes, nobody helps fix anything and if they do it takes so long to reach back. The Front office literally looks more repaired and better than any of these apartments. Roaches are coming in the apartments and now I’m dealing with small rats in the kitchen. literally rats now that’s how bad it is. Whatever you do don’t move here in these apartments, it’s not worth it. Find a better place. At this point I’m just waiting for these apartments to shut down because it’s disgusting. Also not to mention the ceilings because of the snow, it melts and then I am now dealing with leakage in the ceiling. I better not even see an owner reply to this because they

I just moved in 3 weeks ago. On my second day moving in I had leaks coming from the ceiling granted there was a snow storm but it is still unacceptable. There is now a big stain in the carpet as well as ceiling where I was told multiple times they would come extract the water from the floor and no one did. I have seen cockroaches in the bathroom as well as kitchen they had someone come out Thursday and all he did was put down sticky pads no spraying or anything. I am 9 months pregnant I will be having a baby next week I should not have to deal with roaches running across the floor as well as up the walls. When I first applied I informed the manager this is somewhere that I needed to settle in to get ready to have a newborn I think it is very disgusting to move someone in my condition also

i visited this property today for a tour and Amber was really helpful. I look forward to applying when my lease ends this summer.

After viewing this apartment complex I must say the main thing that stands out is the exceptional staff. Every member on the team has been friendly and very responsive. Their genuine commitment to service creates a supportive community atmosphere that I feel will truly enhance everyday living. The apartment I toured was small but very clean and well maintained
