Dishwashers not secure, maintenance takes longer than they say every time, they don’t change filters often as they should, when I first moved there they had a roach problem in certain apartments and they put me in a different building and it was better. They keep the lawn neat, they treat sidewalks well when it snows. Parking is ok.

Earlier today, I came over my family house to visit and I happen to walk outside to go to the playground where my husband and daughter was at and I see a man just exposed peeing into bushes right across from the playground.. I’m guessing it was a resident there. My husband went to confront him and we quickly left afterwards. The leasing office should definitely investigate this and look at them cameras. Also, parents please make sure you are watching over your children because that was sick.

i moved in today and miesha was my leasing representative. she reviewed everything with me & walked me through my apartment before i signed my lease. the place is great! she was extremely fast and kind.

I honestly don’t know where all the negative comments come from. I love it here. Yes it’s based off income and your rent isn’t raised every month like someone previously stated. It’s raised when you renew your lease and it’s only like $15-$30. The office has been very attentive and understanding whenever I’ve had a situation where I might have to pay rent late. This will be my third year here and I haven’t seen one bug or mouse since living here so I really don’t know what y’all are talking about. I guess it depends on what side you live on, but my place has been great. There are a lot of kids here and I’ve never been disrespected by any of them (a commenter said the kids are disrespectful).
