Mallard Creek Apartments

Yeah the atmosphere has definitely changed. Feels like everyone is on edge now. I know business is business, but comfortably means a lot, and right now they are all about business. I've spoken to many neighbors, and well you all know the rest. I do love this place, it's nice, quiet and friendly. Ppl just know the difference from staff to staff. Heck I walked up there, and they were not interested in speaking, but I guess they were too busy though. Still love this place, but the underlying ... WELL!!!!!

This place will nickel and dime you but not put any of the money towards community maintenance. Apartment amenities are old and outdated, shared areas and interior building façades are dirty and unkempt, and appliances are almost old enough to vote. They shut down your water almost every day for some kinda leak. The staff changes frequently and they keep getting bought by different companies with different rules. For example, the most recent owner changed pool hours to 10 am-6pm so no one who is employed can actually the pool on weekdays and it is too crowded on weekends. They will also delay opening the pool every year. It also has frequent car break-ins, fires, drug dealing, and other criminal activity. It is a step up if you are about to be homeless, but otherwise, I’d recommend you

The Mallard Creek apartment complex is wonderful. I’ve been with the complex for a few days now and I’m very satisfied. The office staff are pleasant and communicative.

I love living here. Neighbors are friendly. Office staff is awesome. Maintenance crew are very nice gentlemen. So far, so good 👍. Will keep you informed.

Me and my husband just renewed our lease for year two! I actually love these apartments and the staff is absolutely amazing. Maintenance is super fast and i wouldn’t dare leave as long as they will have us. We enjoy being residents here!
