Mallard Cove Apartments

lived here for multiple years when i was a kid AVOID THIS PLACE. There was a peeping tom running around , multiple shootings when i was there and after i left , staff was rude as it gets and the buildings are disgusting . do not live here just be homeless i promise that is better then living here.

We’ve been living here since December of 2024 with 0 issues! Our water heater went out which sucked, but as soon as I made the call, they handled it and it’s been perfect since! I really enjoy being able to contact Marina in the front office. She has been extremely kind and understanding.

My apartment is beautiful and incredibly spacious. There is always ample parking and the grounds remain clean ALL the time. The staff in the office are incredibly accommodating to answer all and any of my questions and have been nothing shy of taking their time to make sure I am comfortable here. Outstanding place to live. I honestly cannot see where the complaints from the other reviews are even relevant. The rent is affordable, the schools are great, and my neighbors are fantastic! Thank you for making this home.

I've been living here now for a few months and I have to say I love it. The apartment has a good floorplan (2bedroom), the complex is nice, there are always kids playing outside, which I think is really cool since I'm a parent. The office staff is super nice and the times I've needed maintenance they have come within 24-48 hours. I'm really happy we chose this place.

I have been living here for a little over a year with my children and I have very few complaints. The apartment is large and affordable and the grounds are clean for the most part. We love the pool and it's mostly quiet here. We especially love the close proximity to everywhere we need to be. However, I think that one of these complaints I've read is from a former downstairs neighbor of mine. If I am correct about the identity of this person, she sent her teenage child up several times to tell us to be quiet when we were doing mundane things like walking across the hall....and we complied. All of the complaints were between the daytime hours of 10- 5. Never once did an adult come and confront me personally.
