Mallard Cove Apartments

Mallard Cove is great for the 0830 personal wake-up calls via leaf blower if you live anywhere near the one small sidewalk leading to the office. I work nights, so it makes me very productive since I only get a couple of hours before help arrives.

Lived here for almost 2 years and couldn’t of asked for anything more. Front office and maintenance team responded quickly with kindness. Might return some day.

Good location but the owners don’t follow their own rules about pets. I was attacked and so were several other tenants by a tenants “visiting” boyfriend’s dog. They knew the dog was viscous and they had prior complaints about him but they didn’t kick the visiting boyfriend and his dog out they chose to not renew my lease and ruin me financially as well as having life long problems with my hand after surgery. But I did sign a lease releasing them of liability. Lesson learned call Police for lose animals not leasing office!

I lived here for 3 years and my husband and I decided we needed a change and moved to a different apartment complex. I would just like to say how amazing the office and maintenance staff are. Always quick to help and always taking care of anything that needs to be done in a timely fashion. The apartments could use some updating but overall it’s a great place to live especially if you love your peace and quiet.

Me and boyfriend lived there for only one year and let me say that we had so many problems. The outside balcony paint was chipped bad when we moved in, front office said they were gonna paint it and they never did. The first night that we stayed there we found many roaches alive and dead. When our toilet broke I had to submit three different tickets over a course of a month so that they could fix it. The apartment was right next to wonder wood which made it so hard to sleep because of all the noise from cars and motorcycles. It’s an old apartment and it needs to be updated. On top of that when we decided to move out we spent days cleaning and shampooing the carpet and scrubbing every inch of that place to only get $30 out of $250 back on our deposit due to pet damage and water.
