Maintenance crew has always been super friendly & amazing hard workers. I always seem them hard at work to keep the complex clean & making sure work orders are filled, always responding right away to high priority items, even if you call at midnight because your kitchen sink was overflowing, Robert is always quick to come do his best work & always does it with a smile on his face, as well as the rest of the Malabar Cove Maintenance Crew.

Staff was very helpful with helping with the application process and the move in as well made it really easy for me to make my transition. The apartment is very nice and has everything I am needing with plenty of space, very pleased I made the decision to live here.

I’ve lived at Malabar Cove Apartments in Palm Bay for exactly 1 year. What started as minor issues has turned into months of management completely ignoring police-reported threats and violence. Joselyn is the only reason I would give this place one star. She is limited by what she can do and is the only associate that reaches out, communicates with us, and acts like she cares. - Late October 2025: A neighbor intentionally accelerated her car at me in the parking lot. Palm Bay police report filed the same day and witness statements taken. Management’s: “We didn’t see it on camera.” Nothing else. No incident report, no warning to the neighbor, no safety measures. - Ongoing threats and harassment from downstairs neighbors that continued even after a bogus September 2025 injunction hearing th

I love it here. The maintenance team are always on the ball. They answer maintenance requests to make repairs in a timely fashion. They are friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. A/C filters are replaced every 3 months so we don't have to remember ourselves. They are very well organized

I would just like to say, Jocelyn Benitez has been nothing shirt of EXTREMELY helpful with my recertification process! A++++service with an incredibly pleasant demeanor in the process. I am so happy she is a part of your team and a million thanks for making my process a very smooth process.
