They took the time to hear our wants/needs and to fully explain every detail of items that were in the house. I'd highly recommend them for anyone wanting to build a new house!

Building a new house can be so overwhelming, but we had an amazing experience working with the team at Majestic Custom Homes of Lafayette, Inc. They were readily available to answer all our questions from lot prep, to floor plans, to design, to tile choices, to home maintenance. I know they're a busy company and build a number of homes in and around our community, but they made us feel like we were always a top priority. Any issues we noticed during the process was acknowledged and immediately taken care of. Kudos to the whole team; Josh, Lisa, Jessica, Bob, Jenni, Jake, Ashley and Greg for helping us make our dream home happen. We simply cannot thank you enough!

We just got done having Majestic Homes (Now 100% Milakis owned) build our semi-custom home on 6.5 acres just outside of West Point. We can not say enough good things about the process from start to finish. Josh Milakis was great to work with during the planning phase, and our site super Bob Wyant, now referred to as Mr. Bob in our house was the absolute best. We initially found a Majestic spec floor plan that was the basic idea of what we were looking, and then we were able to modify it to fit our family. Don't think these guys are just spec builders, think outside the box with your wants, they deliver and they do absolutely beautiful work. They are a can do company, with exceptional quality from the soft close wood custom cabinetry in all spaces, to my beautiful soak tub with a view,

Great People to work with .. They stand behind the Homes they build & their work. Any issues We had they addressed Immediately & went above & beyond the call to make Us happy. Josh is very knowledgeable & I was impressed with His commitment to make His customers happy. I would not hesitate to buy another Home from Majestic or have them build 1 for Me. It takes a lot to impress Me & I deal with Tradesman & Companies all the Time .. Majestic sincerely impressed Me. It's rare to find the Owner of a Company this large to be so hands on & dedicated to making sure the promises He makes are kept. Refreshing to find someone who does business the old fashioned way where their word is their bond. I recently purchased my second Majestic Home in West Lafayette, having lived in my first one in Fort Wayne, IN, for about three years. When I was shopping for a place in West Lafayette, the properties I kept choosing were majority Majestic-built. They maintain a high standard for customizing each house, with unique touches that differentiate one from the next. I had a few custom requests, including a screened porch with a knee-high wall in the back. It was beautifully built—when I saw the completed porch, I honestly felt that feature alone made the purchase worth it. They were also thoughtful about smaller details; when I asked about having roses planted in the front yard, they happily included them!
