So we’ve been in our New Majestic built home now for 3 weeks & we love it! We looked at homes for over a year & Frank was very patient with us - we looked at all the different floor plans as there are several to choose from or custom building is always an option as well - everything went smoothly from start to finish & we enjoyed meeting Fred at the Closing - if your considering a new home that gives you quality & affordability at the same time then I would encourage you to consider Majestic Homes!

One of my good friends has built two homes with Majestic Homes. They Loved the first one so much that they built a second one and are very happy with their home.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are even considering this builder, seek legal counsel to inform you of claims filed against them. Do the same with the BBB. Contact your lender and ask if Majestic is an approved builder with them.( You will find the answer to be no). Then research the people leaving them five star reviews. I have actually purchased a home from Majestic and experienced negative issues throughout the entire process. You can read my other reviews and will find this is my first negative review. I have given Majestic 5 months to take accountability for poor workmanship and they have not done so. Our kitchen has defects in the cabinetry with too much space around the refrigerator and dishwasher. The corner cabinet is unlevel from top to bottom. I have seen this defect in other homes they
