Majestic Apartments

I scheduled an appointment through a email for 4 PM, as instructed by the staff, who also told me to bring all the required documents printed. I followed their instructions, but when I arrived, the office was closed. I was left standing outside in cold with my 8-month-old baby, trying to reach them. I knocked on the door and asked someone nearby for help in contacting the staff. When the staff finally answered the phone (on loudspeaker), she claimed she didn’t even remember the appointment time and casually told me to come back tomorrow. She didn’t apologize or show any concern, and then hung up on me. This experience was incredibly disappointing. I drove for an hour during traffic with a baby who hates the car seat, only to be turned away with no acknowledgment or empathy. It felt like

Kids keep banging the floor and there are so many cockroaches but I like the pool and the playground

This apartment is really bad people kids from other apartments on the block that will come over and kick your door so hard u think somebody trying to break into your apartment and run they take packages and steal your car they have a bad roach infestation they spray for the bugs and more bugs come they cheat on people's rent they go thru mangers like they change underwear. Some how people have gotten into the mailboxes and taken people's mail. I wouldn't suggest this apartment to my worst enemy. If u have other options do not move here.

Lived here for 20+ years and the last 2 years have really sucked! Bad or no management! Nobody cares about anything or anyone here. It is all about the money.
