Maison’s Palmdale

Sooo I was there to speak with Michael a "manager " maybe " I went to speak with management for a tenant lm a care taker for her because she has been trying to reach the office by phone and they never answer the phone for over a week now when I walked in I was not acknowledged by the lady that sits in the very front at all so I sat for about 10 minutes and went to ask if Michael would be available soon as he was in deep conversation with who appeared to be a friend or a tenant he never said a word the lady he was talking to had to say he'll be with you in a minute so about another 5 minutes goes past she ends up leaving and I won't in and asked if I could talk to him he never even looked up at me and was act like he was engrossed in whatever was on his computer screen so I asked if he w

I had a great experience with Sindi, Emmanuel and Brenda. They are easy to get in contact with, it was a pleasure working with them throughout this process. My 3b 2b house is spacious with everything updated. Couldn’t be happier!

I want to thank all of the staff over at Maison’s Palmdale. The process was long but it was expected. Brenda Emanuel and Sindi has been great . I see other reviews of people bashing these individuals but I want you all to keep in mind they do not make the rules but it is their job to enforce them. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to this project. Thank you all for your help. The Maisons are a beautiful brand new community

We can never get ahold of anyone. We go to the office. People are in there but refuse to open the door and talk to us. We looked and seen that the website is now no longer working. We are residents. We have not gotten a copy of our lease agreement. We still have so many questions that remain unanswered and we cannot reach anyone. But I guarantee if we were to not pay our rent on time, they would be all over us. Every single person in the Palmdale office very unprofessional. One time we were in the office finally. We overheard all of them talking about quitting. At this point we don't know what to do. We need a copy of our lease and legally they have to give us one. They just started bringing people in to live and they already have a lawsuit open against them. Do we need our mailbox key? An

This is the worst place ever. They keep losing your papers, never want to provide an update, family and friends from the office managers and workers including themselves are already living there. Your files are never found. If you ask questions they dont have answer. They make you feel as they are doing you a favor. Thrash get pick up every 2 weeks, mail is not delivery yet. It is not workable to wait for this place, only if they put people with better organize and customer skills atthe office
